Welcome to the Fall 2026 Tackle Football & Cheer Season with the Evergreen Panthers

We are proud to serve the entire Evergreen School District for the 2026 season. Below, you will find important information regarding registration requirements and necessary documentation to participate.

DISCLAIMER: 

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Predators family. Before your child can begin participating in any team activities, Pop Warner requires a few essential documents. These must be submitted prior to your child taking the field:

  • A copy of your child’s state-certified birth certificate

  • The completed 2025–2026 Pop Warner Participant Contract

  • The completed 2025–2026 Pop Warner Medical History Form, signed by a parent or guardian

  • Final 2025-2026 school report card must be provided in order to participate.

  • Photo/Video Media Release Form

  • Weight Room Usage Waiver

All documents may be uploaded to your account at a later date or submitted in person during registration events. However, please note that your child may not begin participating until all required documentation has been received.

Co-Ed Tackle Football 2026

  • Practices start the week of August 1st and will be up to 4 days a week until after Labor Day. After Labor Day practices will be 2-3 days a week. Practice days will be set based on field availability and coaches preference. The practice location will be based on field availability but will be in the Evergreen School district.

  • Regular season games are played within the Clark County/ Portland Metro area. Games may be on Saturday or Sundays but only one day per weekend.

  • The age based schematic provides a 2-year age span for the younger divisions and a 3-year age span for the older divisions. There are no minimum or maximum weights.

  • A participant must maintain a 2.0 Grade Point Average/70 percent in school in order to participate during the season.

  • Every Kid Plays: In keeping with a team focus, our Mandatory Play Rule means that every child gets playing time during the game.

  • A state certified birth certificate, Pop Warner Participants contract, Pop Warner Medical History Form and Final 2024-2025 school report card must be provided in order to participate.

  • Each age group will have between 25 and 30 players per team. 

  • Registration closes: Sunday 07/27/2025 at 11:59pm. 

  • Any athlete registered prior to registration close is $250.

  • All registrations received after 07/27/2025 are $300

  • Registration includes;

    • Player fees

    • Helmet and shoulder pads (to be returned at the end of the season)

    • A home and away jersey to keep

    • Game pants and team socks to keep

    • Mouthpiece.

  • Ages 3 to 14
